THE PROBLEM
U Electronics was running two businesses out of one shop — a retail electronics counter and an agro side-business (ponds, fish, chickens, eggs) — and tracking everything across notebooks, calculators and a couple of phones. Stock counts drifted, customer dues were forgotten, staff salaries were calculated by hand, and the owner had no real-time view of what the day actually looked like — let alone the month.
THE SOLUTION
We built a single Flutter web app, installable on Android and iOS as a PWA, that replaces all of it. A POS optimised for one-handed phone use behind the counter; full inventory with 200+ SKUs, brands, categories, low-stock alerts; a customer & due-payments ledger that totals pending vs cleared at a glance; reports with daily / weekly / monthly / custom-range filters and one-tap PDF export; expense tracking; staff commission and salary payroll; and an entire dedicated agro module for ponds, fish sales, chickens and eggs. Two roles — Admin and Staff — with permission-controlled access. Dark mode, fully bilingual-ready, runs the same on a 6-inch phone and a 24-inch monitor.
The same Flutter codebase ships as a desktop browser app for the owner and as an installable PWA on every staff member's phone — so the team can ring up a sale, look up stock or check today's dues without opening a laptop.
