THE PROBLEM
THEO was selling through DMs and a Facebook page — orders were lost in inboxes, inventory lived in someone's notebook, and there was no way to scale without hiring more humans to manage chaos. They needed a real online store that could take payments, track stock, and manage every order in one place.
THE SOLUTION
We shipped the complete e-commerce stack: a polished storefront with 100+ SKUs, smart category navigation, wishlists, and a mobile-first checkout that handles local payment methods. Behind it, a full admin panel for inventory, orders, customers, coupons, and shipping. Pages render fast, product images are optimized, and the site is structured so Google understands every product.
Beyond the storefront, we shipped a full inventory + POS + e-commerce admin app the team uses on their phones to run day-to-day operations.
