After a 30-minute discovery call, we send a fixed-scope proposal with a clear total, milestones, and timeline. No hidden fees, no surprise invoices.

Do you charge hourly or fixed-price?

Almost always fixed-price per milestone. You know exactly what you're paying and exactly what you're getting at each step. Hourly billing punishes the client every time we work hard or fast — that's not a partnership, that's a meter running.

What's the payment schedule?

Typically 40% to start (kicks off discovery + design), 30% at design sign-off, and 30% at launch. For longer engagements we break it into smaller milestones tied to deliverables, so you're never paying for work that hasn't been done.

Yes. You get a staging URL from week one, weekly demo calls, and a shared milestone tracker. We don't disappear into a black box and surface six weeks later with a 'big reveal.' That's how surprises happen.

Marketing websites ship in 3–4 weeks. E-commerce stores in 4–8 weeks. Custom web apps and SaaS products in 4–10 weeks depending on scope. We'll commit to a real timeline after the discovery call — and we hit it, every time.

What does your process look like?

Five stages: Discover → Design → Develop → Deploy → Support. Discovery maps the goal and the scope. Design hands you Figma mockups for approval. Development happens in public on a staging URL. Deploy is a zero-downtime cutover. Support keeps things humming after launch.

Our default stack is Next.js + TypeScript on the frontend, Laravel or Node.js on the backend, with PostgreSQL or MySQL underneath. For mobile we use Flutter. For hosting, Vercel or a hardened VPS depending on the load profile. We pick the boring, proven tools that scale — not whatever's trending on Twitter.

Yes — 100%. Every project is shipped with full source code, documentation, and a transfer of any third-party accounts we set up on your behalf. You're never locked into us, and you can hand the codebase to another team tomorrow if you want to.

That's table stakes for us. Every site we ship targets a Lighthouse score of 95+, has technical SEO baked in (sitemap, schema, OG tags, semantic HTML), and is engineered mobile-first. Speed is a feature, not an afterthought.

Almost always yes. We've integrated payment gateways (Stripe, SSLCommerz, bKash, Nagad), CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), email tools (Resend, Mailchimp), shipping APIs, ERPs, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Workspace, and dozens more. If it has an API, we can wire it in.

We don't disappear. Every project includes a 30-day post-launch support window for bug fixes and small tweaks. After that, you can move to a monthly retainer for ongoing support, new features, or just peace of mind — or you can take it from there. Your call.

Do you do maintenance and updates?

Yes — we offer monthly support retainers covering hosting monitoring, security patches, dependency updates, content tweaks, small feature additions, and priority response on issues. Most of our clients stay on a retainer because the cost is roughly what one in-house junior would cost a month, with senior engineers behind it.
